Intro
Recruiters were receiving hundreds of applications for some roles and spending a large amount of time turning unstructured CVs into information they could actually compare.
Problem
The goal was never to let AI choose candidates. The bottleneck was getting enough structured context for a recruiter to begin reviewing applications consistently and efficiently.
Solution
We created a workflow that extracts relevant experience, skills, and role history into a consistent review format. Recruiters still make every decision and can inspect the original CV at any point.
Lesson
AI worked best as preparation for human judgment, not as a replacement for it.
